Ambassador Benefits

Ambassadors are very special people and very important to the Board of Directors of the Ponte Vedra Beach Chamber of Commerce and especially to our Executive Director and staff. It is your mission to volunteer your time to support the policies and programs of our Chamber. This not only includes maintaining a feeling of goodwill within the Chamber and our community, but also helping the Director and staff to implement the directives of our Board. In order to be effective, you should be one of the most outgoing, pro-active members of your company as well as an enthusiastic Chamber member that enjoys meeting and greeting new members as well as creating meaningful working relationships. Your main function will be to help promote the Ponte Vedra Beach Chamber and to make our Chamber events as successful as possible while also enjoyable for our members. Your position as an Ambassador will give you an opportunity to spotlight yourself and your company or employer:

• Your picture and biography will appear on our website with a link to your business website.
• Your picture and company profile will be featured in the Chamber Chat when you become an Ambassador and on a rotating basis thereafter.
• Your name will be printed in the Chamber Chat each month you work a regular event and when you serve on an event committee.
• You will be introduced as a new Ambassador at our functions after you join the group.
• You will be introduced and thanked when you work an event if appropriate and possible.
• You will be supplied an Ambassador name tag which you must wear at all Chamber events signifying that you are a special Chamber supporter and as such, will add credibility to you and your business.

Your volunteer position will give you opportunities to network and develop valuable relationships that will enhance your personal and business success.
