Chamber After Hours

Cost:  $250 to Sponsor

Benefits:

• Announcement in the Chamber Chat one month prior to the event
• Two email invitations with host logo to members
• Event information provided to local publications
• Attend and provide check-in support
• Follow up with a press release and photo to local publications
• Put photo in Chamber Chat one month after the event

Host Responsibilities:

• Provide food (appetizers, finger foods – it has to be substantial, yet easy to eat) and drinks (usually wine, beer, water – but of course it can also be a full bar) for approximately 50 to 75
• Provide a table for registration, a podium would be great (but a central facility where everybody can see the speaker will be just as good) and a speaker system (the Chamber has a portable one and if it is needed, you must arrange to pick it up)
